Adjust Prices on Subscription Orders
When a larger set of prices needs adjustment on a large subscription order or across multiple subscription orders it can be done with a batch job.
Note
Prices on subscription orders are by default automatic and will be updated when posting or when running Refresh prices. Price adjustment can only be run on lines with Manual Price set.
To adjust manual prices
The batch job changes the contents in the Unit Price field on the item card. The batch job changes the content of the field in the same way for all items or selected items. The batch job multiplies the value in the field by an adjustment factor that you specify.
- Choose the
icon, enter Adjust subscription prices, and then choose the related link. - In the Adjustment Factor field, specify the factor by which the value will be adjusted. For example, enter 1.5 to increase the value by 50%.
- In the Rounding Method field, optionally specify a rounding method.
- On the Lines FastTab, set filters to specify which lines to process with the batch job.
- Choose the OK button.
