Swap Budget Resource
Swap budget resource enables the possibility to replace existing budget entries for a resource, or resource group, for a specific resource.
- Choose the
icon, enter "Swap Budget Resource", and then choose the related link. - In the Options section, your specify the new resource that will replace the current resource (group) in the New Resource No. field.
- In the Filter: Project Budget Entries section, you specify the various filters, the budget entries to be replaced with the new resource. Given Project and Budget Version you can, for example, filter on Task, Date, Resource or Resource Group.
- Click "OK".
The budget entries are now replaced with the new resource where price, cost and dimensions etc. are updated based on what applies to the new resource.
